Policy

Shipping and brand Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours. 

 

Your shipping method selection will determine expected delivery date.  we ship monday-friday excluding holidays observed by the post office.

if you applied a pin at checkout, your shipping is automatically selected as standard shipping 5-7 business days. due to world events delivery times may be longer based on location.

Any pin associated with a brand representative will be compensated for their referral in the agreed upon methods.  This is not of the duty of the customer and should never be discussed with the customer or client as a matter of professionalism.  We are growing a brand of excellence. 

you will receive a tracking link along with a confirmation of shipment email when your order is fulfilled.  please keep this order and tracking number for your records.

as a small business and bespoke experience, extra care and attention goes into each order equally.  please ensure the correct delivery address and detail for shipping, including but not limited to inclusion of apartment numbers, completed addresses and any pertinent information to ensure carrier success.  If your order has shipped and the client or customer has not provided a deliverable address or unit, naturally a longer shipping experience is to be expected.

Should a product be returned to us a new shipping label or restocking fee may occur depending on the situation.  All decisions and updates will be made known to the customer or client.

 

once an order is in the care of usps or ups your package responsibility is assumed to the carrier. we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers and therefore are not responsible for lost packages but can assist in any such issues to locate and meet resolution. it is encouraged that customers choose to insure their package at checkout.

all orders processed with USPS allow for claims which may be filed here should a package be 'delivered but not received' or lost in transit.  please mark the exact value and usps will then handle the claims.  if you need assistance with this, please let us know.

STATE SALES TAXES

Please note that majestic Hair charges state sales taxes on orders in the state of Florida.  with our growth this may soon apply to other states as well and is subject to change.

These collected taxes are enforced by the local governments and majestic hair in no way profits from this charge.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees as per the shipping carrier policy.

all shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

 I am always here to make the process easy and value every customers experience.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase in salon or delivery for all unopened, unworn, unobstructed condition.

due to sanitary and integrity purpose and nature of our business, hair extensions and hair care products are only accepted for exchange and return in a brand new closed package state with original tags.

If you purchased your majestic extensions or product through an authorized vendor or partner location, all returns or exchanges must be made through that vendor.

refunds are processed once your hair had arrived and is returned and inspected.  email communication will keep you updated.

PRICING CHANGE

Our partners agree to a set retail price to reflect both the quality and expectation of the brand and materials.  Please notify us immediately if the price of your extensions exceeds what you find here on our site or in our personal salon location(s).

Need another tone or length? the exchange process is quick and easy Contact me to begin the process.  it will be processed as a return as each set is priced according to many determining factors.

please note all shipping is paid by the customer, this includes return shipping.
